We should discuss how to dispose of and recycle buildings. Of course it´s difficult to think about to see a brand new expensive building as waste.
To this end, propeller z´s concept examines the sheer complexity of the modern house, and the way that codes and standards work against sustainable solutions. Does it make sense to spend such amount of effort in a building which will demolished by the next generation? Our solution involves prefabrication, creating a house that is a kit of parts to keep the environmental impact down.
